Modern Animal led a complete design and development process. We started with interviews with customers, vendors, and employees to determine the gaps between how management thinks of the business and how other stakeholders thought of it.
Thankfully, RFM is already a fairly intuitive and strategic organization and the gaps weren’t hard to bridge. MA did identify a large opportunity in the form of an unmet market need for custom manufacturing, and that is what we designed the site to address.
Drawing on inspiration from the digital technology sector and striving to maintain the high-touch approach that characterizes the industry, the RFM site is designed to convey newness, forward-thinking, and familiarity. It is optimized for both recruiting and new customer acquisition.
